We expect students to study hard during the time at OIT, but opportunities for relaxation and for developing personal skills are important too. The Office of Student Activities acts as a hub of campus activities , providing cultural, social and recreational opportunities to supplement and complement education in the classroom.
Through participating in extra curriculum activities, students are expected to:
1.Enhance physical and mental health.
2.Develop leadership and management skills.
3.Explore and fulfill self-dreams and interests.
The office of student activities supervises and coordinates a wide range of student associations , clubs and extra curriculum activities which are divided into eight affiliations ,including Administration , Social Service, Sports , Student Council , Recreation , Academic Union , Information ?Service, and Propaganda.
The activities center will soon be renovated to provide better and larger space for clubs and organizations.
